    Elizabeth Macias, 32, learned that she wouldn’t face felony charges in the [pepper-spraying] incident earlier this week.

    All I can say is: Say, WHAT?

      The LA County DA decided that her actions didn’t rise to the level of felonious assault. She may still be charged with a misdemeanor. What’s the problem?

        EIther way, her self-defense claim might be viable… people have been killed in Wal-Mart shopping frenzies in the past, and their resemblance to riot is fairly high in some cases.
