I watched the original video (and kind of wish I hadn’t — it was really bad) that image was taken from and I actually was close in my interpretation.
She and the man are at least acquainted with one another, and she feels something in his pants that surprises her. I kept looking at that stupid ad trying to see fear in her face, and all I saw was surprise.
